Frequently Asked Questions
What are your available shipping options?
The default mailing option is USPS First Class Package. I also offer USPS Priority mail and USPS Priority mail Express. Unless otherwise discussed, all shipping charges must be covered at time of purchase.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes. I work in Brownsburg, Indiana. If you are going to be in or around this area and would like to meet for pick up I will offer that as an option. Please message me for further information.
Do you combine shipping?
Yes I do.
How long before my order ships?
I am the sole creator of these items, depending on order volume it may take up to two weeks. I really try to get my items out within 3-5 days and if there has to be a rush (weddings or other engagements) please keep communication open with me and I will do my best to help you.
How will it be packaged?
All of your orders will be in a gift box with a To and From tag. Multiple items may be included in a single box. If you are wanting multiple gift boxes, message me before the items are shipped.
Can you fill out the To and From tag?
Yes. If the items are a gift and are going straight to the recipient, I will fill out the tag for you. Please message before the items have shipped or write a note with your order.
Are the listings for a single plug or a pair?
All of my listings are for a pair. Singles can be made upon request.
What are your exact measurements on your plug sizes?
One of the benefits of making molds in house is knowing the exact sizes of the plug models. If you are wanting more information, please message me.
How do I clean resin?
Resin can be cleaned with a mild soap and water. Avoid cleaning with harsh chemicals or alcohol. Do not soak.
Can I stretch with resin jewelry?
It is recommended that you stretch and heal with surgical grade steel.
Resins and acrylics, even wood, are not recommended while your ears are healing after a fresh stretch. Every body is different, so it is up to each person to decide if their ears are ready for other types of plugs.
Can resin be damaged?
Epoxy resin is ultimately a type of plastic. It is strong, but yes, it can be scratched. Fortunately though most scratches can be buffed out.
Is resin safe?
There are no definite findings that find cured resin (plastic) is not safe for jewelry and ear plugs. In my own use, I have had no problems. Please do your own research and come to your own conclusion. It is up to you to decide if resin jewelry is right for you or not.
Do you offer other plug material?
Currently I do not offer any stock plugs. I do, however, offer to have the resin set in a tunnel of 316L surgical grade stainless steel or clear acrylic tunnels.
